Keeping Up With Social Media
Getting started with social media tools like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook is quick and relatively simple, but the care and feeding of such tools is much more complicated. We'll discuss the key features of these sites and some of the management issues. We'll also take a step back to look at the future of social media and how it fits in your communications strategy.
